The purpose of the Automatic Reliability and Production Report is to deliver indicators and graphs for a quick introduction to reliability and productivity analysis for systems, production lines or plants. The report first provides system analysis of the line or plant selected, and then generates a specific and limited analysis of its equipment and subsystems.
Among the indicators and graphics provided by the automatic report are system OEE, production KTPD vs. TPH, principal losses, availability, utilization and systemic and historical CM yield, graphic of consequences (frequency vs. inoperability) and system Pareto graph.
It also includes an analysis of critical equipment and bad actors that are defined by the user, generating analysis of Pareto failure modes, mean times and availability.
