MEAN TIMES INDICATORS (Mean Times)

The mean times report identifies and calculates indicators of time between incidents and solution times, which are generally known as MTBF and MTTR. In addition to the indicators mentioned, it can calculate up to 18 mean times, categorizing them as either maintenance or operations events and distinguishing between planned and unplanned events.

At the equipment level, the indicator delivered corresponds to the interruptions occurred and loaded in the repository and read from some source of information. For lines and/or logical-functional configurations, it corresponds to the impact after propagation of interruptions and failure modes, delivering a system indicator as a result.

After calculating the historical indicator for each period, it is possible to create a simple time series graph or a graph applying running averages, which can be exported as a PDF file for presentation.
