RMES SUITE


RMES Suite is an IT platform for asset performance management (APM) that is unique in its capacity for system and productivity analysis, applying robust reliability engineering algorithms based on RBD (reliability block diagram) modeling.

RMES Suite provides all the asset performance information you need, from the component level to the process level, as well as historical, probabilistic and stochastic views. It can also perform simulations and optimizations of operations and maintenance behavior of failure modes, equipment, plants or fleets.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

The OEE indicator allows the client to view the overall effectiveness of company assets. RMES Suite, through its systemic analysis, provides this indicator at all operating levels, disaggregating the different loss factors in a single graphic.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Root cause analysis is a problem-solving and continuous improvement tool used to prevent defects from recurring by identifying their causes. This module includes jackknife and Ishikawa analysis, among others, and tracking of the action plans generated.

Reliability Block Diagram (RBD)

In RMES Suite, assets can be modeled using the RBD methodology, which identifies and allows for graphic visualization of systems and subsystems that make up processes, grouping them into logical-functional configurations: Series, Parcial Redundancy, k-out-of-n, Parallel, Stand By and Buffer.

Data Fill

The Datafill module collects and debugs the interruptuions and loss events that will be used by RMES Suite. This module connects to different maintenance and operational data capture systems, obtaining useful information to be processed and analyzed.

Total Assets

RMES Suite features a powerful failure propagation algorithm which can be used not only for historical analysis of equipment but also for systemic analysis, delivering indicators for equipment groups and even for an entire plant.

RAM Analysis

The RAM analysis module provides reliability, availability and maintainability analysis in probabilistic terms, delivering key performance indicators according to the curve fitting performed with existing historical data.

Custom Reports

Through years of experience with different clients, we have developed a wide variety of automatic reports that provide a quick and simple way to perform a set of historical and probabilistic analyses and export them if necessary.

Cluster

The Cluster module specializes in performance analysis for groups of assets with similar characteristics; that is, families of equipment that wouldn't otherwise be analyzed given their layout but merely because of their common failures, delivering general indicators.

Dashboard

The dashboard is a web system designed for daily online tracking of asset performance, with three levels of visualization: strategic, tactical and operational. These three levels allow for queries ranging from a global view of operations to equipment functioning details.
