This report is focused on studying production to deliver a tactical-level report. It relates availability and utilization indicators to the value of real production and targets. The report then undertakes a systemic analysis of OEE, Paretos and different performance indicators. The result is a consolidated document with all of the information needed to analyze production, in addition to its relationship with the reliability analysis. This helps the client make informed decisions that consider not only information about interruptions but also production data.
