This report provides information about the structure of work orders executed on a piece of equipment, defining the percentage of corrective vs. planned activities. The report includes two variables separately: execution time and number of activities.
The Mix plug-in obtains this indicator through a bar graph in percentage values, which identifies the ratio, in hours or quantity, between planned and corrective activities. This can be at either the equipment or system level.
At the equipment level, the indicator delivered corresponds to the interruptions occurred and loaded in the repository and read from some source of information. For lines and/or logical-functional configurations, it corresponds to the impact after propagation of interruptions and failure modes, delivering a system indicator as a result.
